My name is Russell Woollard at Viking Personal Training. I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 7 years and can help deliver my client’s goals, what ever they may be. I can conduct visits in your home or in the local park and I will make the sessions fun and challenging, as well as being tailor-made to your goals.

BOOTCAMPS

I have now launched my Bootcamp programme to give my clients another fantastic option to get fit and healthy both outside and online. Bootcamps will be running 5 days a week split across Admiral Park in Chelmsford and online using Zoom. My bootcamps are suitable for all fitness levels so you will never feel bored or out of your depth! Please note that you must be 16 or older to participate.

Some of the activities we’d be doing include:

  • Strength training
  • Core / Abdominal training
  • HIIT training
  • Nutritional advice

All outside bootcamps will be run with COVID-19 measures in place for your safety.

Tuesdays 7:30pm Online (Zoom)
Wednesdays 7:00pm Outside (Admiral Park, Chelmsford)
Thursdays 7:30pm Online (Zoom)
Saturdays 9:00am Outside (Admiral Park, Chelmsford)

The meeting point for all Outside Bootcamps is Admiral Park Car Park in Chelmsford. Parking is free and there are onsite toilet facilities.
